ClearAct (clearact.net) provides EU AI Act compliance tools for SMEs.

We may collect your email, name, company details, and quiz answers when you use our risk assessment and contact channels.

We use this data to deliver risk assessment results, provide compliance guidance, and communicate relevant product updates.

Data is stored in our application database (SQLite) on infrastructure managed for EU-focused operations.

Transactional and follow-up emails are delivered via Resend SMTP.

We currently do not use third-party tracking analytics cookies.

We keep data until deletion is requested or no longer needed for the stated purposes.

You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, and data portability, plus the right to object to certain processing activities.
